I am not an avid exerciser, but I read a lot of these boards and see people experience this a lot. I have dealt with hives on a daily basis since a major surgery in May. Have you had any trauma to your body? the doctors don't have an answer for me either. Thinking its an autoimmune disease popping up.

I know i doctor told me once that I was getting enough, maybe too much fiber after several tummy aches. He says the bulk of the fiber is good, but you need to walk (have some sort of exercise) and plenty of water for it to work correctly.

I think to some people saying "WTG" is a knowing that someone is acknowledging them or paying attention to them. It's reassurance that someone cares enough to check out how you are doing that day.

I don't think it's really that simple. There are other factors besides eating right and exercise. I'm glad that it worked for you, but it demeans some of those people that truely do eat right and exercise and struggle. I struggle every day!

I agree. From what I have seen on MFP; you MUST eat back those exercise calories to a minimum of 1200 calories.

I have had a reduction in the past and they made me lose weight before the surgery. I lost about 12 lbs and nothing out of my boobies!! Do not get discouraged! All the results I have read are massive inches lost but only an average of 6 lbs. Keep up the good work.
