This is how I started on 9/11/2014 after I went to the Dr - didnt like what I saw or hear, he highly recommended MFP - and in a little over 5 weeks with moderate exercise, Ihave been able to lose 18lbs. It realy does work if you count calories and simply stay under your recommended goal for the day.…

Amen....i just started MFP and did 4 1/2 miles yesterday in 60 minutes - keep at it and before you know it, you will be down to the 13 minute range...stick with it - it is fun to see the improvement and the calories burned wrack up!! Good luck.
