I've only done Turbofire and LOVE it. I feel like I get such a great workout and sweat my BUTT off! Great results also. Losing weight constantly.

I would almost suggest Turbofire because those workouts burn a lot more calories than 21DF so you can eat more, but there's a lot of jumping. Honestly, it sounds like Piyo would be your best choice because it's really good on the knees but also very hardcore. And there's a section in the 21DF book about if you do workouts…

I use beachbody shakeology and love it. I can't work out after eating and being a teacher, I get a short lunch and it just helps me a lot and keeps me full! It's also easy for planning and helped me lose weight.
