I've changed my calorie restriction to loose 2lbs a week instead of 1. This will put me on track to lose around 50 :D. We can do it

Thank you everyone. I didn't realise I was consuming so many calories in each meal. I know I very often skip breakfast and have a big lunch which probably isn't good. I'll definitely start trying to break things up more. And I know the pepsi is bad but it's so convenient!!! This is much better than what I used to drink...…
