Monday 4/9 walked outside 30 minutes. The Sleep thing ain't happening my crazy body won't do more than 7 hrs.

Well I mowed with push mower for 30 mins. today. I have a food pic to post will do that later this week.

well some of my snacks include skinny cow ice cream and candy items (110 - up ) , special K crisp , desert flavored yogurt , fibre one brownies , nabisco has an oreo bar that is good. these r some of the items that have kept me in check with my calorie budget.. Hope this helps.

first a smart phone which is how I got started with this program and I guess newt was a kitchen scale so i could wiegh out my portions. Good luck !!
