I completely agree, you do have a great base. I think a mini makeover with some makeup to bring out your features would be a great start. Get yourself regular manicures and pedicures (or do your own) and some clothes that accentuate your shape. It will do wonders for your self-confidence. When you appear confident and like…

I knew it! :)

Wow...Nice retort. And again missing the point. Testing, testing, is this thing on?

That's cute but before you try and school me, you should quit speculating yourself as to what I know or understand. Regardless, the main point I was trying to convey is that there is no comparison to the nutrients found in an egg to that of a diet soda which has zero health benefits.

Wrong. Translation: I have wasted too much time on this already. #lost cause

Talk to the hand...
-
Wow...you don't read about nutrition much I guess. I could cite dozens of sources but why bother when you have blinders on.
-
Oh come on, really? Take the egg for example -- one of the most nutritious foods you can get. 6 grams protein, 5 grams of healthy fat, Vit A, B vitamins, folate, selenium and plenty of various trace minerals and that is only all I can remember. A diet soda is completely void of any nutrition, causes you to crave more foods…

Interesting...but you can't possibly believe that this is at all comparable to the type of man made chemicals in a diet soda right? With that being said -- although I know how bad it is, sometimes nothing sounds better to me than an iced cold coke

You look great! Thanks for the inspiration :)

Hahaha...awesome!

Ugh...the Master Cleanse comes to mind. After 3 miserable days I snapped and ate a medium pizza all by myself.

Oh man...that totally describes the cycle I was in! As to how it started for me, I work in a creative field and really struggled after art school with the transition into the corporate world. I left college thinking that I would land a job with a good salary in a creative and flexible environment where my ideas would be…

Love this answer. I wish I had been as concise with my response. Lol.

I completely agree with the above comments. I think unfortunately he told you something you don't want to hear and it hurts. You already said before that you are not happy at this weight also. Maybe it is not just weight that is bothering him, maybe you are not as confident as you used to be and he misses that. I agree…

I like making spinach pesto. I use this recipe below and replace half the basil with baby spinach. You can do so much with. I like to put a little on grilled chicken or steak. I have also used it as a spread on sandwiches, on scrambled eggs and of course tossed with some penne pasta. Although, I am staying away from pasta…

I agree with everyone else. Your legs have visibly changed and they look great! You have a perfect hourglass figure and should be proud of it! One suggestion to get them more ready for summer is to get a non-toxic sunless tanner (I like Lavera Sunless Tan) and bronze your legs a bit. I always hate my legs too in the summer…

Well, even though it says I joined in 2011, this is my first week actually using the site so excuse me for not doing it correctly the first time. And by "welcome to the internet," if you mean a bunch of snarky, bullies who hide behind their computers to insult others than yes, I'm familiar.

You are rude!

Sarcasm?

@thepetiterunner. Couldn't agree more. Perfectly stated  Just getting the hang of this..
