Yep! Just remember that YOUR body will lose fat and remain strong so long as YOU RECOVER from your training via: Sleep, Nutrition, training program. In that order. Sleeping correctly Eating correctly Training In that order. If any of those fall by the wayside it's time to re-evaluate the plan.

You always eat breakfast, It's simply a term for breaking the overnight fast. If its at 10am or 2pm, doesn't matter. Mind blown...I know..... I fast on rest days and eat up post workout in the morning M/W/F.

I weigh once a week as well as measure body fat. Sometimes we get caught up in weight but fail to see that if we lose too much muscle, we will continue to be fat even at our lower weight. Weight lift, sleep, eat correctly, lose fat. Simple.
