Any Pros use or have clients that use the Fitbit for gains? How accurate have you found them to be? I always assumed I was a moderate activity kinda guy but after working for a few days this thing is logging me at 3k burns daily. That would put me at 2500cals for cutting. 3200-3500 for bulking. Getting fatter in your Legs?

To slow bulk or cut?
A quick history: Started dieting down last May. Dropped from 170 to 140 in August. Straight bulk Sept to Oct but gained too much fat back. 150 Oct. Slow cut 15% below TDEE through holidays. As of Jan 1st I've been intermittent fasting eating 20% below TDEE. On lifting days I eat TDEE. Now I'm 136 with 11% body fat. My…
