Certification Qs for Pros

Gang!

I'm looking to get certified and I have Qs!
I'm about to start school for nutrition to become a RD in the state of Maryland.
While i'm in school id like to work in the industry.
At some point in the future i'd love to be my own boss!

So looking at the different certification programs i've narrowed it down to 2.

ISSA

Or

NSCA

Can anyone with experience shed some light on the different programs?
Anyone who has the certs all replies are welcome.
