What is or was your biggest obstacle on your journey?
And if you could go back to the day before you started, what would you tell yourself?

    I have to admit that I am the biggest obstacle to my success but I refuse to give into that this time. I would tell myself that I am stronger than I think and that I can do this. Down 144 Lbs - 119 left to go!
