Personally I deal with SAD and ADD. I dons high quality fish oil in the AM and get 1g DHA and about 650md EPA. AGCG from supplement or drinking green tea as well as 5-htp helps a lot. If I decide to eat something, I go hard on protein. Hugs and I hope it gets better!

Adaptation takes 3+ weeks so using the word "destroy" is a bit harsh. I think Dr Layne Norton says for every month of LCD you should double that in maintenance to "recover". I never said 20% reduction from TDEE would result in 1lb loss of fat. In order to get true TDEE we would need to be a fully closed system and the equation would span 20 pages with a huge margin for error. Heres my point for this entire thread.
