Generally i'll cook about 4-8lbs of chicken breast in various marinades and just split it up over the week. So depending on the day i'll be eating appx a pound of chicken for lunch. If I lift its with sweet potatoes and other power foods. If i'm resting its with green vegs!

This is not true BTW...... A deficit is a deficit is a deficit. If you lift at least twice a week in the heavy 5-8 range youll most likely maintain LBM while eating hohos and McDonalds.

Buy chicken breast by the pound and marinades! I'll cook 4-6lbs of chicken breast in a day and eat .5-1lb of chicken for lunch depending on the day. Frozen broccoli is a staple. 1600 would be a good number to hit every day. Even if you arent working out that day. Eat at an 80:20 clean to junk ratio and youll do fine. Best practice is to find out your body fat% and every week you measure and weigh. Even if the scale doesnt move sometimes youll be losing inches. Also get off the damn treadmill!…

When you eat back you should be hitting around -20% TDEE. If its lower you may want to up your calories just for lean body mass sake. So if TDEE is 2166 then -20%= 2166-433=1733. Or Just eat 1733 every day regardless of your activity and youll lose fat. This is in the Road Map BTW.
