  • Yes it is not going to keep playing song after song. You will need to select the song you want even in "workout mode".

  • I think we are in the same boat. Cant tell you how many times I have started. I guess this is what people go through when they are trying to quit smoking. I have done it before so I know it can be done. I too am at my heaviest. Enough is enough lets do this!!!!
