I use a wine glass that holds 8 ounces. I figure that my water is precious to me and should be treated like the treasure it is... and frankly... , I can drink a wine glass empty in a few swallows... It looks like ( I took a peek at your food) you were short 19 grams of protein. So you only ate 4/5th or 80% of your "allowed/recommended" amount. Might want to take a look at the last time you binged and see if you were short on protein that day as well. Good luck!
