I just reached my first goal weight of 145 lbs (15 lbs lost). My mini goal is to reach 138 lbs - the weight I was when I met my fiancé 4.5 years ago :)

Today is just over 3 months from the start of my healthy journey! The left is October 13, 2019. I was 160.2 lbs. The right is today, January 18, 2020, and I'm 146.8 lbs. I'm 5'4" and my ultimate goal weight is 115-120 lbs. Looking in the mirror - I don't think I look too different, but progress photos really show the truth!

We get unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Silk or Blue Diamond). My fiancé uses it for protein shakes and cereal. Depending what recipe I make, I use that or unsweet vanilla soy

No, but there is a phone app that can scan a product's barcode and tell you if it is vegan. Sadly, I can't remember the name of the app. When it comes to reading ingredient lists for items you'll buy - some products will have a "certified vegan" seal on them.

My fiancé and I buy unsweetened vanilla almond milk. He likes the taste and it's an easy replacement in recipes that require milk (or I'll get unsweetened regular soy for certain recipes). The vanilla is subtle. I became lactose intolerant at 21 to milk. So unless I feel like running to a restroom - no milk.

I'm 4.6 lbs shy of hitting my first goal weight of 145 lbs which would be a 15 lb loss so far. Hope to be there by mid January! (accounting for a little christmas treat gain)

I've only lost the first 7 lbs of my journey since starting 8 weeks ago (40lbs to lose). My mom asked how much I lost because I already looked less bloated to her. It was a good thing to hear. I know the journey takes time and results can be slow to show - but sometimes I just want those results a little quicker :D

I've found Ripple to be the best so far. They have powders and pre-made bottles if you need something quick to just grab. Bob's Red Mill is also good to me.

I'm 5'4" and began at 145 lbs. I dropped down to 131 lbs but gained back some. I'm at 136 lbs right now. However, the entire time, my body fat percent stayed about the same.
