How is everyone doing? Level 1 calories burnt for me was 191 right from start to finish :) 2 more days of level 1 then onto level 2 :D

Yes I said what I do BUT I also said that other people do eat BMR and EAT BACK exercise calories. I personally do exercise to burn more calories, not exercise so I can eat more

Yup I do :D I do things backwards and what works for me lol. When I log my exercise MFP tells me off for netting under 1200 cals, just a pain in the butt so I don't log any exercise :) I couldn't genuinely guess what my TDEE is. It would differ day to day

Do low carb! Every time I've done low carb I notice my stomach looks so much flatter within the first week :)

If you are going by TDEE no need to log calories on here as it is already apart of your TDEE. If you are going by BMR log your calories on here and MFP will tell you what you've burnt and how many extra calories you can eat. I do BMR but I don't log it and I don't eat back exercise calories.

I'm guessing she put in 1-3 hours light exercise a week? Doesn't add up. If you are burning 1500 cals a day that's not light exercise :P

THIS! You can't have a total expenditure of 2000 if you told the calculator you burn 1500 a day exercising etc. TDEE would be more like 3000+

I don't bother to put my exercise calories in because it always tells me off lol. I've decided to try out 1600 cals max. So I'll be happy between 1200-1600 cals :D

Argh sorry I was in a super rush this morning doing the 30DS and bloody kids being naughty lol. Didn't have time to look for the watch! I will deff do it tomorrow if I can find it. I know with level 2 I was burning approx 280 though (have it in notes from last year) :)

Yeah I think I might stay to 1200-1400. I did actually measure it once (I have a heart rate monitor). I think it was almost 200 cals? I'll put it on today when I do day 7 :D

I am so with you on this. I lose some weight, fit into some old clothes, look in the mirror naked and I don't see any difference and stop doing what I was doing. It really bugs me!

Hahaha :P I'm still not sure how much calories I should be eating. What's everyone elses goal? I had mine at 1200 but I think that's too low so I bumped them up to 1600 which I think is too high lol

Hahaha nah, you don't start at 200. You work your way up to it :) You do an intital test so you know which program to follow. Heh I'm currently doing 30DS and I'll be doing Insanity when I've finished. Maybe after Insanity I'll try p90X. I finish 30DS 13th Feb...a while to wait till I can go onto Insanity :)

Haha I had just woken up this morning with my plan of doing the 30DS in time for valentines day, had a search on here and here it is! I'm so in! I will take measurements and weight tomorrow but today is day 1!
