Hey ya, I'll join ya. I'm starting today. Going to finish it in 30 days so just before valentines day. I have a goal of losing as much weight as possible before valentines day :)

Awesome :) I save approx 400 cals a day for evening snacks (usually rice cakes made with brown rice that have choc orange topping...yummy!) Helps me stay sane

Go to bed earlier and eat AT LEAST 1200 cals :)

Stay in school, don't do drugs, don't get pregnant at 18 (I wouldn't change my children for anything but my 10lber baby ruined my body when I was 18, I will never ever be the same again :(

I've just started and did W1D1 yesterday. Planning on doing it every 2nd day and with my husband :) I won't be entering my calories for it until I start doing 5-10kms

Oh I totally do that. Yesterday I had a mega fat day :( I smoke to get through the day. Definitely not saying anyone else should do this, it's just what works for me

I feel like I can't squat with just the bar. I sort of wobble because its light. I'm fine when its got some weight on it :)

Interesting topic :) I'm not done yet but here what they are currently 5ft9" 156lbs 22 inch thighs (widest part) 13.75 inch calves (widest part) Always had quite slim calves and chunky thighs :(

Pinkita I'd say you are putting on muscle but not losing fat therefore you can't really see the difference and you look the same. Maybe you try doing a cutting phase and see how that goes? Have your weight lifting numbers been going up? If so thats awesome :)

I try not to eat over 100 carbs so I have it all under 1 now :)

Argh this is the part that pees me off. MFP sets it at 29 or something but just eating an apple is like 17grams of sugar (roughly). I've taken it off my macro list this morning because it was doing my head in :)

Cellulite will be reduced once there is not so much fat on top of the muscle. My 16 yo step daughter whos 5ft9" and 110lbs has cellulite. Shes fat skinny

Ok thanks :) I'll see how I go for 2 weeks and up my calories if I feel its not enough and go from there. I don't think anyone can tell me how much I exactly need can they lol, I'll need to figure it out on my own.

Wicked thanks for that Roughly 1200 sometimes under. One major culprit is I find it hard to eat breakfast but this week I've been taking small steps and having an apple for breaky. Hey everyone. I'm 25 and from Hamilton, stay at home mum with 3 little rat bags. I'm 175cm and currently at 68kgs aiming for 60-63 (my counter is 65 as thats a mini goal, as was getting under 70).
