  • Suzyqs4 = Suzyq is a nickname my dad called me and someone had that when I joined so I added the s and 4 for my lucky number. Lol
  • Desk job until Sept 28 when I retire and move to Florida. I then plan to do volunteer work with a therapeutic horse back riding facility.
  • I am decided to lose weight for the below reasons: 1. I was sick and tired of being overweight 2. I want to look good in a swim suit when I move to Florida 3. I want to be healthy and able to walk the beach for as long as I want 4. I want to avoid having health issues since I don't have any now 5. I was ready and found the…
  • Really awesome you made it to ONEderland. Congratulations and keep up the awesome work.
  • swallow. Liver?
  • I am currently in Florida but headed back to Ohio soon.
  • I don't run but I do love my Sketchers for walking. They took a short time to get used to but are so comfortable for lots of walking. Some people have told me to be careful wearing them but so far I have not had any problems.
  • I joined on May 9 and have totally enjoyed all of the encouragement and support from my awesome MFP friends. I have in the past belonged to other groups that you went to a weekly meeting. The people were very nice if you lost but if you had a gain they would pick on you and were not helpful at all. I plan to keep on with…
  • You have really changed. Keep up the great work!
  • I am with you. We are going out of town for Thanksgiving and will be staying in a hotel. I am determined to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise, my water and eat in moderation. I acknowledge that I can't backslide and refuse to let other people influence my eating and exercising. Let's Do This!
  • My journey on MFP is a Lifestyle Change because it has to be permanent. I consider a diet to be temporary that would have a date to begin and end. Lifestyle changes are what what you know you have to do and will keep on doing.
  • Count me in. I want to keep on this journey and get this done!
  • My wake-up call was - I was sick of being fat and tired. My husband and I bought a home in Florida last year with a pool so when we visit (and plan to move there) I don't want to look like a whale when I swim. We also have a handicapped son that lives at home and I want to be here for a long time to take care of him. When…
  • Vacation fun. How about for breakfast having a vege omelet? Some restaurants I have visited while traveling actually have Weight Watchers meals which would be helpful. If burgers are involved maybe skip the bun? Good luck in your travels.
  • Good idea to plan ahead. Last week I was in Indianapolis for a class and wasn't going to eat their buffet breakfast so I packed food. I found fruit cups, with no sugar added and took individual packs of pepperoni slices and ate that for breakfast. You could also take sugar free jello cups, individual raisin packs. If you…
  • Glad you have joined us. There are great people here to help and provide support and motivation. Really glad to hear from you. Karen
  • I agree with the cruise idea. My husband and I have been on 10 cruises so far and they are amazing and relaxing.
  • So sorry for your loss. We had to put down our beloved Cookie on May 26 and it was horrible. I cried for an entire day and night. We are waiting to get another (long story) but really miss our beagle. I still cry when I tell people I haven't talked with or seen in awhile. I guess it will get easier. You are not nuts. Take…
  • Greetings from Ohio. I just joined on May 9 but May was a good month. This month I want to loose at least 8 pounds, keep walking every day a minimum of 30 minutes, drink at least 10 glasses of water and be very aware of what I eat. I also need to establish goals for the future.
