I absolutely love everything about cooking, and I don't believe people when they say they can't cook - all it takes is practice! :) Don't let food intimidate you! Find some recipes for foods you like and just take your time, read them fully before starting, and go for it. The more you practice the less you'll need recipes!

To lose weight you need to consumer fewer calories than you burn, and spinning sure burns a lot of calories! So keep at it if you like it :)

Today I have a Healthy Choice Steamers (I don't loooove frozen meals but I was in a rush), a string cheese and a 100-calorie pack of cookies. And for a snack I have 2 oz. of turkey lunch meat, 28 g. of smoked almonds and 2 cinnamon graham crackers. Annnnd now I'm ready for lunch. :)

I don't like going to the dentist or mowing the lawn or paying for my car insurance, but sometimes you just gotta suck it up because you're an adult and you're responsible for your own life/body/insurance premiums. I've been tracking since February on a different MFP account and I'd say I'm ok... I still weigh things but just to see how I'm doing I'll try to estimate first. I'm still usually over but not by as much as I used to be.

Think of it this way: If you see someone jogging down the sidewalk, do you drop everything and analyze/scrutinize them? Probably not. I don't. No one's looking at you, so don't let that hold you back.
