Finished Day 2 of week 3 today. Week 3 is hard I'm nervous about what week 4 is going to be like.

Started week 3 yesterday. I agree with the others about being in the plank position so much on week 2. It really hurts my wrists. No workout today as I have a touch of the stomach bug. Hopefully get back to it tomorrow.

I started week 3 today. A little more concentration on certain muscles then in the first 2couple weeks.

Once you go by yourself the first couple times it will get easier.

I'm finished with week 2 on to week 3. I do have to say one thing about week 2 when Jillian says she likes planks she isn't kidding. I do find though that it hurts my wrists to be in plank position for 2 minutes straight.

I had to much to do this morning before work so I will do my workout when I get home tonight. It will be my last night of week 2.

I'm a bit ahead of the schedule on here. I did day 4 week 2 today. I find that I'm sweating through the workout but not really sore the next day. However I do notice my ab muscles feel a little shaky for a couple hours after so that is a good sign. My arms are starting to show some definition. I think I need heavier…

I'm glad you posted this question because I was wondering the same thing. I have Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and was thinking of getting Turbofire but was wondering if I should spend the money or not.

I think the hills will just make you stronger. Just do your best. I try looking down at the ground when I'm going uphill and before I know it it's over.

I am so glad you asked this question because the same thing happened to me. I was on W5D3 and didn't do the whole 20 minute run either. I ended up walking after 9 minutes. Walked for 3 minutes then ran for 7 minutes and walked for the last minute. I like all the advice from the other runners out there.

I would love to join the group if I could. I am on W5D3. I did W5D3 last week and wasn't able to run the full 20 minutes so I am repeating the day tomorrow. I felt like it was a big jump from W5D2 to W5D3. I am running my first 5k on July 4th so I need to keep up with this.

I didn't make it through W5D3 so I am going to do it over. It just seemed like a big jump in running time. Going to try again tomorrow and try to run the full 20 minutes.
