To accurately get exercise calories, a heart rate monitor IS A MUST. It's not going to be 100% accurate, but it's going to be a hell of a lot more accurate than the essentially random number in the MFP database.

Mine are also vasovagal responses. I'm unable to wear contact lenses because physical contact on my eyes (eyedrops included) cause a vasovagal response also. I can rub my eyes no problem and even touch them, but if it's something else, BOOM. Very annoying.

Aspartame is one of the most tested and regulated food ingredients ever. This is all crap. If you REALLY want to learn about aspartame, stick to scientifically reliable sites. Back on topic. No, it's not a great point. Calories go in and you either burn them or you get fat. Period. 50 years ago we didn't have access to the huge amount of cheap high calorie food we do now and many people had jobs that were more physical. Obesity was not the problem it is today because the access wasn't there.

Mio rules! My wife and I use it all the time. I have two bottles of it right here on my desk at work, and there are several in the cabinet at home. There is no chlorine in Mio, so I'm not sure what the poster further above is talking about.
