  • Just now starting journey with blood sugars. My husband was just told to start using a meter & tracking his food. I was recently diagnosed as hypoglycemia. Have used this app before with success. Irony is that he & I are both WW Lifetime Goal members. Go figure.

  • Well said. BTW ..... when I clean house, I huff & puff, and sweat like a big girl. I saw someone asked about mowing as well. Anything that raises my pulse, gets me to sweating, and I maintain it for a measurable amount of time is exercise worth logging ...IMHO. :flowerforyou:

  • Don't believe I could ever "give up" a certain food. I can limit how often I have them. I can control the portion size when I have them. I want to learn to eat the way I can live the rest of my life. For me it cannot be a diet ..... if I go "on" a diet, I go "off" a diet. Prefer to think of it as a more healthy lifestyle.
  • Your body will eventually go into survival mode & lower your metabolism for fear it is not getting enough. Think about how bears spend their winters ...... they don't eat cause they are hibernating & don't need as much food. So, unless you are hibernating, be sure you are feeding your body enough ...... of the right stuff.

  • I shop @ Goodwill or other resale shops while losing. I did it before & will do it again. Why spend too much on a size I don't plan on staying in. Once at goal, I shop where I choose.
