Personally, I find MFP protenin count to be low and carb count to be high. My protein is always a little over and carb intake always under. This is ok to me because I try to get healthy proteins in at every meal. Good luck :)

There seems to be quite a few days where she is over in carbs and considerably over in sugar. These are some things that I try to be aware of, especially because I consider MFP to be fairly high in the carb count anways. Good luck :)

I second the spinach-- you can't taste it at all. I usually have the same smoothie every day and keeps me going until lunch (with a piece of fruit mid-morning). I put in approx. - 1 cup of blueberries - 0.5 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt - handful of baby spinach - tbsp. of flaxseed oil - tbsp. of sugar free jam - splashes…

and if you even 'sort-of' like it- stick with it. It only gets easier (and so much more fun!) I thought I had no coordination, but now I love Zumba and dancing in general. It is one of my favourite forms of exercise. Good luck and have fun!

I think MFP is on the high side for carbs too. I used to think that I need carbs to feel full or satisfied, but really I just needed to alter my eating habits. I still have carbs (fruit, whole wheat pasta on occasion, whole grain bread), but eat more lean proteins and vegetables. This keeps me full and gives me lots of…

I have been taking an iron supplement and noticed an increase in energy. This one is easy on my stomach (it says on the label!) Some of them make me nauseous. I also take vitamin B complex, 1 fish oil, and some flaxseed oil in my morning smoothie. They have been great for my energy and my skin.
