I make a dish called chicken and onions, sautee some onions until brown and dice the chicken into chunks with it, than serve over egg noodles with a veggie on the side. You can spritz with I can't believe it's not butter... DELISH! :) Super simple, few ingredients, and tastes amazing.

My breakfast staples are banana's, High-Fiber Oatmel, Fiber One Bars, Yogurt and scrambled egg whites with fat free mozarella. :) All are quick to make or just take on the go.

Went to Walmart and bought this workout video after reading this thread all day yesterday! Great results ladies! Excited to post mine on July 1st! :)

That is thoughtful of you to consider her feelings... seems as though she doesn't mean to be offensive, that's just part of my generations slang vocabulary thanks to ignorance. Maybe email her a link to this site: http://www.r-word.org/ I spread it around my office as there was and still are several people who use that…

500 is the average for most women, but if you know how much you are pumping, 1 oz breastmilk = 20 calories burned. And you can log breastfeeding as a food, it is negative calories to equal out your calorie needs. :)

I have been eating much much better since joining this site. I do find it ironic though, that my ad banner above was a cheesy Papa Johns pizza for $11 and my side banner is groupon with like cupcakes or something... subliminal messaging and traps everywhere! lol

Go ahead and pile it on, just drink some extra water to help flush out the sodium. :)

I have 38 D's, and I'm nursing a 6 month old full time. I wear a regular bra, with a sports bra over it, and than I hold my arms against my chest as I run. Looks a little akward, but it helps big time! :)

27 with 40 to go. :) I'm getting there...

Have it DVR'd, will prob watch tonight or tomorrow!

And another one I hate is when people downplay your accomplishments. Like you are proud of losing 5 lbs and they say "Yeah, that's good, but you still have 40 lbs to go!" Celebrate the small victories and be encouraging :)

I don't like it when you are working out or exercising and someone points at certain body parts and says "you really need to work on THAT instead of just walking or running" ... It's my body for me to improve as I see fit. It's not at anyone elses discretion as to how I exercise... just be supportive and encouraging…

Fiber One bars are satisfying and also taste really good! Almost like a candy bar. In the veggie section at grocery stores, they have 100 calorie - snack packs of Guacamole from Wholly Guacamole the biggest loser package, it's really good and you can eat it with low fat crackers or veggies. Nutrigrain bars are a good one,…

I like the cheese ravioli one on Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones brand is pretty good... try the baked Ziti, it's awesome!

You can do it! You have proven that once, so you know you can do it again! :) Just focus on going forward, and don't hold your mistakes against yourself, we are all are own biggest critics, but the point is that you are going the right direction now!

Looks like you've raised a thoughtful young man! Double congrats to you for the weight loss & good parenting! :)

Usually the Quaker Oats instant Oatmeal is my go to breakfast. I switch it up with Cherry or Apple Nutrigrain bars, a Banana, Yogurt and sometimes a toaster struedel which aren't terribly bad for you (aside from 1g trans fat). :) Hope this helps

I'm sitting at 100 ounces for the day so far, with another 20 in front of me... I downloaded an app on my phone that pops up every 2 hours for the day until I hit my water goal, than it stops... I love it because I don't always think to drink. :)

Awesome!! Congrats and continue the good work! :)
-
Congrats on the loss, you can really tell the difference! You are doing a fantastic job! :)
-
Thanks! I sent you an add, I appreciate the encouragement!

You burn 20 calories per one ounce of breast-milk produced... an average woman produces 25 or so ounces a day, which would be 500 calories burned, so if you are producing 75 ounces, that would be 1500 calories burned. I'm also nursing, my daughter is 6 months old. Hope this helps! :)

Since it's your fiance's sister, I think he should mention to her that you would actually be losing money to do all this stuff for free because of the ingredients you're out of pocket for. And if all else fails, tell her that you have other orders for the times she is wanting this stuff made and you're not going to be able…
