Nope. As stated above, you cannot spot reduce. Trust me. My thighs are going to be the last thing to go, it's just where I hold on to weight with a death grip and I accept this. Just keep at your deficit.

Yeah, my brother is addicted to meth. Between food and actual drugs, I can tell you pretty plainly which is worse, and which is a real addiction. I feel like this thread was created in the hopes of some form of coddling.

Seasoned and perfectly crisp salmon skin is one of my favorite things to eat. It's been a while though, since I'm down to my last 5lbs, I'm trying to avoid blowing so many calories on a joy so brief, haha.

I'm so glad I'm holed up in my own office away from the rest of my coworkers.

You will eventually adjust. After about a month or two, I started learning what foods keep me feeling fuller for longer, and I started to recognize when I was bored vs when I was truly hungry. Just be patient. Right now is a good time to pick up a (simple) hobby that will keep your mind and hands occupied.

Okay, but did she ask for your help in making her feel less tired? I understand your concern, but unsolicited advice or 'help' is very rarely welcomed when not explicitly asked for.
