Oh wow - I just found this group and I am excited! I am so stuck right now - 54 years old - menopause and finding this weight loss thing slow, slow, slow going. I am very active and just now logging my foods. Still I am not finding the right combination. Sigh......... maybe you all will have some magical words of wisdom! :)

OH - this one sounds yummy and easy! :glasses: I am always up for quick and healthy at lunch time............... I try to run home for lunch because I live so close - I find myself eating the same ole things every day! Thanks for the new ideas!

I started at 50 and went at it too hard and had a knee scope about 18 months ago - I had a torn meniscus. However I am back at it and being smarter this time around! I am 53 and I plan on keeping it up!!! Good Luck!
