If you can eat eggs, this might be helpful. You chop up some tomatoes/bacon/spring onion/cheese... what ever you like, and place them in a lightly greased muffin cake tin, about half a teaspoon full of the ingredients, then mix 6 eggs up and pour over the tomatoes etc, six eggs will make 12 muffins, then bake in the oven…

I think you need to give it a bit more time, 2 weeks is no time at all. I am the same, but salt also makes my weight fly up, so when TOM is due i try and avoid excess salt and drink a couple of more cups of water in the days leading up to it. x

ok no science here, i think you and i are in the same boat, need to lose weight, doing exercise and eating at a deficit, i DO take protein shakes, but only if I am miles off hitting my protein target that MFP has set for me, which by the way goes up once you log your exercise, however i think what folk are trying to say…

Try making your own, make them small, not like a bin lid, go super thing base, your own tomato sauce so you know exactly what is in it, and then use cheese, but try low fat mozarella mixed in with the normal stuff, and put peppers on there as they are tasty x

I drink about 8 cups a day, i usually wander to the loo and grab a glass from the water filter on the way when I am at work, then 20 mins later.... same thing, but it is increasing my steps, keeping me hydrated and I def dont hold onto sodium weight with this method. I have a Jawbone up, i love it, its not too oversensitive, so if i am sat at my desk typing or moving my arms, it knows i am not stepping.
