mfp is saying eat 1200 IF you are not working out. Say you burn 200 then you CAN eat 200 and still loose weight. 3500 make one pound so 200x5 is 1000 burnt. that means you have to cut 2500 from your week to loose just one pound!!! My advise is push yourself to burn 400 a day!!!!

No I don't have any kids. I do how ever have very light stretch marks by my tummy, and on my sides. I Kinda wish i had a kid so i had a better reason as to why i have them. As I lose weight they seem to be harder to see.

I lost 22 pounds in 3 months. (April 2010 - Jun 2010) I stayed at 168 for the rest of the year. Then i started changing my life style even more. And working out 5 NOW 7 days a week 500- 600 cals. been doing this for 2 months lost 13 pounds. Its coming off slow but every pound feels great!

MFP told me i would weight 155 in 5 weeks i laughed because it HAD to be a joke. So I wrote on my calender on the 5 week mark (155?). I weighed in at 155 a week early!! I make my food journal public. :) I don't eat to "healthy" but I do keep my cals, fat, sugar, and sodium under. Or stay pretty close! and I work out like crazy!!!! I LOVE MY CARDIO <3
