I am doing okay...... I feel like I am not eating enough some days and I am struggling with that. I am doing my bike everyday at least 30 minutes- most days one hour. How is everyone?

I feel that I can run for a longer period of time on the treadmill than on asphalt! I also believe it’s a personal preference. Good luck :)

I would like to do yoga as well; however I am scared to start to do my balance and movement. I think yoga is flawless and well my movements are not flawless lol

I had a hysterectomy in 2016 following several other diagnosis and was told by my doctors that this is the weight that my body likes. Well I’m calling BS on that statement!
