i met someone new and got happy enough to stop neglecting my body. i used to eat one meal a day. over the past year i have slipped so far. i eat constantly. i feel the need to always be full. it needs to change

50lbs is my goal too. i've lost 17lb so far in 12 weeks (2 1/2 months). i'm hoping i will be at my goal in another 5 1/2 months (by my birthday). i've been dieting for 12 weeks and losing 1 or 2lb a week is more than enough for me
