  • Can someone please explain catabolism to me? I do hard core cycling for one hour three days a week. Usually I get home at 830pm and then eat dinner.. should I be eating something other than that?
  • I wish that I could give up all the diet sodas and drink more water.... I need to cut them out so that I can get rid of some of this sodium and water retention. I even tried drinking one water to every soda... That lasted one whole DAY. Is it still as beneficial to drink water with MIO or another sugar free flavor added?
