I've been doing ChaLEAN Extreme for the past 40 weeks. LOVE it. Definitely my "soulmate workout" haha! You can do it with dumbbells or resistance bands (I prefer dumbbells).

Stevia is what I have started using, it's natural and tastes just fine.
