Absolutely. The ability to recognize a typo means that I was able to understand its context. If you ask me, it's a little...useless how people get their underwear in a bunch over conventional errors. It's like most of the time, people point mistakes out to feel good about themselves, instead of actually helping the person…

At least you are aware of it. :)

>>Same thing happens when running, by the end I feel like dying and that I can't take it anymore but on the cooldown after a 5min walk I feel I can run for another 20min. << This happens to me too. I think it's just a normal reaction from your body, either chemically or physically.

And here I was excited for actual statistics. :(

The percentage of home-schooled students across the United States is only about 4% of the total student population. Lots of speculation going on in this thread, I see.

Good luck! Remember weight loss starts in the kitchen. Your diet plan is great. I would add a little good fat to help you stay full, like olive or coconut oil. They are actually very good for you, for your hair and skin. I recommend eating less than 50 grams of carbohydrates per day, less is better. But of course what you…

Lots of "common knowledge" going on in this thread, no science to back it up.

@SkinnyBubba: Love it! That is too good.

Mostly I feel like people are looking at me because I'm using their machines that they need to get at, even though (I don't think) they are using them. But I always feel like I am in people's way.

I'm a college student as well. I'm not a vegetarian but my name's hannah too, that's got to count for something, right? Haha. MFP has been great for me too! I'm always busy, but the few minutes I spend logging each day are like an investment.

What a great writer! Thanks for sharing.

That's about 14 weeks, or 1.4 lbs per week. Count me in :D

Sorry to rail on you, hope you have a better day. I suppose I am in no position to judge by not understanding the entire situation. Here's to making a better community where it's ok to vent. :) -kana

What's a top 40? A list of goals?

Seriously, this. It's like OP is looking for validation in being upset with her friend for her own mistakes. Sorry, but that's how it comes off. I agree with this as well.

Nuts, dried fruit, cheese, crackers. Try some superfood snacks like dark chocolate covered cherries or dried blueberries :) Maybe try pesto? If you make it homemade, it's very healthful.

As another poster said, it depends on your bone structure. Gaining weight will change your shape "temporarily", especially if you gain around your stomach. Me, I'm an hourglass figure, I gain most of my weight in my hips/butt or chest......lucky me I guess. :x After losing weight recently I use waist training to enhance my…

This is my favorite waterbottle ever. They look similar to Camelbak bottles which I have never used, but I assume they are similar. $10 at Target. They are study things.

There's a saying, the fight for weight loss starts in the kitchen. Seriously, diet is like 80% of weight loss. You take in more calories than you burn, you're gonna gain weight. Building muscle helps increase the number of calories you burn while resting (RMR - resting metabolic rate). But diet and proper nutrition is the…

I thought that was a typo at first. I am amused.

As you yourself said, sugar/carbohydrate addiction. Ignore the cravings and they will go away eventually as your body depends on them less.
