If your diary is correct then I would say eat twice as much more as you are and then you won't have the shakes. Are you exercising as well? If so then eat 3 times as much as your are. Good grief eat!

Thanks for this, totally made me laugh out loud!

I eat protein cereal for dinner on most days which is probably the easiest thing there is lol, I also pre-make meatballs and have them for breakfast every day, I pre-made a months worth so I just take out one bag per week from the freezer. I also pre-make cauliflower mash and a bunch of rice. I hard boil a bunch of eggs…

as long as you input the right numbers yes that is right, i am 5'3" and weigh 190 and eat 2510 calories a day so just depends on activity level. good luck on your journey, its much better to use this method and eat more than to eat little and have no energy!

my thoughts exactly, why? you want carbs and protein both before and after. Slow digesting carbs before and fast digesting after.

5'3" 50lbs more to lose. Feel free to add me! I eat 2500 calories a day and still lose, so I'm not really on board with the calorie eating comments, but to each their own. ;)

Thanks for this! I am a binge eater and eating actual cheesecake would also set me off into a binge. I would probably even binge on this, but at least it won't add up to a ton of calories. I eat 2500 cals a day (and still lose) so I could fit it into my day, but I would rather just eat more things so this is great. :)

I am terrible at recipes so I don't have any ideas for you, but any chance you could share your butternut squash risotto recipe please? :)

I am lactose intolerent and just discovered coconut milk creamer, yayy! It actually tastes decent. Obviously not as satisfying as regular cream, but much better than the alternatives! So I have 1tbsp of the french vanilla one and 1tbsp of the plain one. :drinker:

It's no different than paying for a personal trainer. That is just as expensive, in fact way more. I used to go to Orangetheory Fitness and it cost me $150/month as well, but it is way more hands on and i didnt have to think about what workout i was going to do, same with Crossfit. Before I tried Crossfit I tried a regular…

Good grief I pay $160/month! lol $150/month for crossfit and i found a regular gym for $10/month so I can throw in some extra cardio. Most of our "standard" gyms are on average $60-$80/month though. Oh how I wish it was $30/month max!
