  • Everyone here has such great answers!!!! Biggest thing I can add. WATER!!! and don't go below 1200 calories. PERIOD! Other than that, don't be in a hurry. Health is forever, not one week. Keep up the great work!
  • Great job on the ten pounds! remember though, every time you lose weight, and you want to keep losing weight, you have to adjust the amount of calories you eat. But I guess the real question here is...why are you going over your calorie count? Craving foods? Or just frustration?
