How much leftover you end up with! Had dinner out with my parents ordered soup, chicken wrap and sweet potato fries. Have half the wrap and 3/4 of fries left for dinner another night. I always take from restaurants and we always seem to have more leftovers after dinner.

I have gotten to the point where I do not need my exercise calories. I can eat under my goal of 1500 and all my exercise calories are just excess. It is an amazing feeling to know that my workout isn't to burn food. It is amazing how full you can feel for 1500 calories when you eat the right foods.

I love seeing everyone's different reasons, tips and tricks! Walking at least 15 minutes a day is part of my contract. I also created guidelines for indulging and going out, that was always one of my down falls. I am trying to foresee my failures and overcome them with a plan.
