Looking for new friends since a lot of my old ones are inactive or deleted me due to inactivity. Losing weight to go to South Korea and also for my sister's wedding which will most likely be spring 2017. Also trying to train to do a half-marathon for my 24th birthday in July.

I slacked off for two months, Maintained but now I have one month until a beach trip. I do this to myself too much. The drinks and food I enjoyed was kind of worth it! I ate peanut butter vanilla twist frozen yogurt with chocolate sprinkles last night because my parents and I went to the best local soft serve place. Right now I am trying to get my butt out of bed to get some fruit and a protein shake for breakfast.

My arm is killing me because I slept on it wrong, so I am skipping the gym today. Also my family trip is this weekend and our big thing is we go to this delicious buffet, I plan on enjoying and not tracking. It's like second christmas :p

I lost 3lb my first week. I have about 3 days left and .5 to go to lose 10lb in my first month. I still have 84 lbs to go overall. A lot depends on your food, exercise and how heavy you start at. When my friend started she only needed to lose 20lbs overall so her first week she only lost about .5.

I had a pair of jeans that were just a little bit too tight, like after eating I would have to get them off. I wore them out shopping and even was a little bloated. Fit fine all day even after a big meal. Also ran a mile on the treadmill with a decent incline in 11:30 min. It felt amazing.

I also have a few dresses that I bought when I was like oh 5lbs. Another of mine is a skirt my sister no longer fit in. I could fit in it but it was a touch too tight. Fitness dvd's are great and for the most part inexpensive, Jillian Michaels are $10 at target. Kmart had a selection for $5 this week. Also if you want variety tons of workouts on youtube! And I added you :)

I fractured the bottom of my tibia a few weeks ago. I was lucky that I only needed a walking boot for a few weeks and am almost out of it. I have been doing arm exercises with small weights. I have had to give up convenience food (fast food, convenience store, and microwave meals). I just could not control myself. I would have a plan and then the giant bag of Doritos, microwave pizza or fried chicken sandwich with 20 things on top would just be there. I have issues with self control so I had to nix it.
