My oh my, women looked absolutely incredible in the '60s, if I can look half decent I may adopt the style
-
The birthday girl was born in 1963, but the entire decade is acceptable, but I prefer the look of the early 60s to the hippy look of the late, love both but early 60s is lovely. I'm a uk size 12 though and those ladies are tiny with waists at least 7 inches smaller than mine, heh heh, hopefully I can make it work. A big…

You're right, you don't understand camping

I brought everyone their own decent calzone pizza, baked at home and reheated in a foil parcel over the fire, filled carefully without too much juicy fillings and they don't go soggy, I put a dough letter on each so we'd know who had what fillings and brushed the tops with sauce before cooking.... pasta or noodle salad,…

not if I'd expressed a desire to get fit **** valentines though

I'm usually a bit below 1000....but only been counting for a month, it's a natural thing for me as a vegan though, just happens that way. I went over one day though, heh heh. I could relate to your story when I was a teenager though, it was pretty rubbish, with the dizziness and everything else you mentioned too; binges,…

carrot, red pepper, broccoli and red onion fajitas and sweet potato wedges

I did one of them, I called it the bad breath diet ;) Didn't suit me, fainted and all that jazz ;) Sure did work a treat for the 4 days I did it - 9lbs! But laying unconscious on the road was a steep price ;) I was too drained to be grumpy ;)

Been there petal :) I'd start with a mild 3 day detox. This will rid your body of excess water and give you a fresh start. You'll lose weight that you may put on again if you aren't careful coming off the detox, try to limit salt and processed foods for another two days after. Have room temp water with lemon first thing in…

I found that too :( shame. Judgement and jealousy; some people but mostly female, will find any excuse to exorcise these toxic and ugly traits. Finding it less of a problem as I get closer to 30 though so hopefully it fades with age

That is actually lovely :flowerforyou:

last time I did lent I was 12 and it was an act; try this out kids; if your religious folks won't let you become vegetarian, say it's for jesus. Worked for me

coffee banana mixed salad clementine if you don't count coffee; ryvita edit - I was thinking that was a funny mix; my main meal everyday is always taken from my recipes; it doesn't count those ingredients. I was thinking where in hell are carrots, at least 10% of what I eat is carrots

I get that feeling when I've been feeling really happy with weight loss; it's a psychological connection I make that connects food with the low feelings you get when feeling fat, I subconsciously connect my meal with a low time; like trying to find something to wear. The fear of putting on weight is what makes me feel…

or cheese; not one single quorn product here is vegan, I hear they launched a burger last year but so far nothing here. Never liked it anyway though. Linda McCartney sausages are vegan though, but they're too realistic for me

Vegan 3 years, vegetarian 13 years before that; yesterday was a big off day ;) but hopefully you'll like the other days, I added you. I personally don't eat much in the way of meat substitutes though, I've never once had any problems with my diet being deficient in anything, based on blood tests. The only health problems…

I find some women so so mean sometimes, why fight other women so easily? If it was a dude showing his *kitten* in jeans I bet you wouldn't ***** on him so fast, and if you thought he was fishing for compliments I bet you would put it to him with a little less claw and a touch more wit. Put the photo back up OP, let's see…

I cook it lower for longer and it was still good a months later

I saute diced veg and add oatmeal to that, when the oats have soaked up moisture from the veg and low calorie oil I add diced tomato, as that cooks it causes the oatmeal to get clumpy, almost nugget like. Equally good cold

99%, you have a point, but you wrecked it with that statistic

I'm the same, I feel fine. I actually feel better because in my warped head I know feeling fat is the one thing that controls my life more than I do, so when I've lost a bit of weight, I get almost frightened of food. I'm quite sure that's unhealthy, but I know overall I'm in control so I don't let it stress my out. I eat…

you look wonderful, another 35lbs off and you'll disappear! Really, really fantastic work, congratulations
