The problem was when they moved the newsfeed away from the first thing you saw, as you logged into the app. Most people lost connection with their friends. They need to redesign the app to bring the community and friendship parts back into the design.

Yes. I’m seeing stuff missing as well. What has happened to the Newsfeed for example?

You know, it’s ironic. I started using MyFitnessPal a long time ago, because it was a free alternative to Weight Watchers and their pay-to-use weight tracking app. Now MyFitnessPal is actively trying to make the app really crappy, unless you pay money for it. This may in fact make me leave the app, and give up my thousand…

Hopefully we all provide inspiration. Stay with it.

I have known a few people to drop weights (commonly on themselves) due to hands covered in sweat during a lengthy workout. Fortunately most of them had spotters. So for many people the gloves actually are a safety item. Secondly as mentioned by many, to reduce/prevent blisters and calluses.

I have been doing sauteed onion (lots), bacon or sausage crumbles, a slight amount of hard cheese, bell peppers, liquid egg whites, one egg, salt, pepper. Get it all together and cook on low until the egg is cooked through on both sides (flip halfway). Pretty good. It is a variation of a Farmers Omelet with potato, which…

It would be better if you are drinking socially quite often. That is a good way to keep drinking a bit in check. Don't drink unless you are with friends. Then at least you have some added friendship (and supervision) for your drinking activity. As for the calories, make sure you have a workout every day you drink that…

HA! I know that crazy sleep schedule thing. I just had breakfast and it is 10PM here. What I do, is just follow a simple rule, I start tracking on the day I woke up at and stick to that day till I go to sleep, OR start on that day and stick to 24 hours from that point if I am waking and sleeping multiple times in that 24…

Maybe a few of them are the equivalent of "drunk dialers". People sometimes say and do bad things when they get drunk, even online. Still, ignore them either way. Hang in there.

Sounds delicious. I probably would cook the chicken before the veggies, but that is just me. I gotta try this.

Personally, if someone on my friend list goes quiet, that is OK. It doesn't bother me any, and I have other more active people to chat with. Leaving them on there doesn't cost anything or get in the way from my point of view. The only way I would drop someone is if they were being offensive or overly negative in some way…

Add a few dashes of good hot sauce to make it even better, or add salsa as a "garnish". I found I love adding a decent chunk of salsa to soups and stews now.

Are you talking about stuff in the can, or the stuff in a box labeled as a milk like product? The stuff in a can is not intended to be comparable to cows milk. It is just the actual juice/cream from a coconut. The stuff in a box has been processed to be a bit more like milk.

That is why I love having a propane BBQ grill in the summer. You can cook a whole meal in 10 minutes with little fuss. Even if it is just roasting a portabello mushroom or some corn. I started tracking what I ate the summer before last and was floored for what i was eating, but found a way to essentially keep eating…

Try a simple marinade (with salmon, trout, etc...) for at least 30 minutes, then barbecue on a grill. Awesome. Keep an eye on what sort of marinade it is. Make sure for fish it doesn't have tons of salt in it. Also a good one is canned salmon, light mayo, relish, onion, pepper, and then just put on one of those "thins"…

My weakness is when it is combined with chocolate. Chunky, creamy, honey, etc... Its all good. I am trying to be good and not buy Peanut Butter cups right now.

I hope they get this created. It would be nice to be able to swap healthy recipe and meal ideas with full nutritional info. It would also be nice if they offered the option of presenting it in a how to make it recipe type format.

If you do consider walking/hiking, consider getting hiking poles and setting them up right. You can modify old ski poles you can get at a thrift store on the cheap. It makes walks easier, but also you get more exercise out of them (some irony there). Consider taking a camera and taking pictures every so often for a break…

Seeing a doctor is good, but I have found some remedies as well. First off I also had really tight calf muscles in the morning as well as ankle and heel issues. I found that just adding a regular multi-vitamin made a huge difference. Part of my issue was not getting enough of some sort of vitamin (don't know which one). I…

I remember hearing that hot tubs or hot springs could help reduce excess skin. Any truth to that? I know as a former commercial fishermen that ocean water (usually cold) seemed to tighten up skin with exposure. Not sure if that is only a temporary thing though. Surely at the very least, over time our bodies must self…
