What is your daily protein goal that you're having a hard time reaching?

Extra protein is just expensive carbs on a bulk. Better to just add more rice, pasta, etc. Cheaper and your body will use it the same way. FTR I'm 5'6" and was 124 prebulk. I think 120 at your height would be great.

Tuesday was awesome! Cardio: 7.48 miles walked Strength: 5/3/1 Deadlifts with front squats, Bulgarian split squats, and overhead squats for accessories. Assessment: Got in all my fruits and veggies, protein, water, etc. were all on target.
