Stretch for 10 minutes prior to and after running. Do a lighter/shorter run today. Soak in a warm tub afterward to help relax your muscles and keep them elastic. Make your own pizza! I use a pita or Flatout flat bread, any variety of tomato/pizza sauce, organic mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, peppers, etc. Sometimes I will add a natural or organic meat topping as well. Usually 250 calories for the whole thing. YUM!

No, you need to eat a minimum of 1200 calories EVERY DAY. Your body cannot maintain healthy and nourished at 800 cal a day. You are probably binging because your body is lacking in key nutrients.
