I usually weigh-in on tuesdays, but I missed yesterday. I don't know how to take this, but when I stepped on the scale this morning it said I was up to 198.6lbs. This would be an almost 10 pound gain in one week. I will keep track and hit it hard the rest of the week and see what its saids next week.

Its been a struggle but I am still trying for 30lbs. Although I will be happy with any weight lost. Seeing as how I was at 40lbs down, and then gained 10 of that back over the past few months, even if I just loss that 10lbs I would be happy.

No weigh-in for me this week. Spending time with friends before they move out of state, way to many celebrations going on. Be back on track for next weeks weigh-in.

No change from week 1. Just started exercising again, its only been a few days. Hopefully i will start seeing the lbs drop. W1: 197.6 CW:197.6 Hope everone else had a good week, and will have continued success.

Gained 1 punds this week. Which I am ok with since this was the Twin Cities Pride weekend, which meant lots of drinking and bar food. But we are back on track today. Chanllenge SW: 196.8 CW:197.6 Good luck to everyone, and hope we all stick to our goals.
