  • Great job!!! Also, love the shirt. One of my favorite shows.
  • Congratulations on both the win and the weight loss!!!
  • Quitting smoking is really hard. I am on day 1. I have tried to quit many, many, many times, and I know how hard that is. I hope this time I can stick with. Congratulations, that is a huge success!!!!
  • You look absolutely amazing!!! This is extremely motivational. I hope one day I can post my success story.

  • Happy day after Thanksgiving. Hope we all did well over this holiday. I did not do to bad with the food, but I did indulge in the adult beverages. Good news is I did not gain weight, but I also did not lose. 11/28: 211.4 lbs (-0)
  • Happy weigh-in everyone. Had another good week. 11/07: SW: 217 lbs 11/14: 214.6 lbs (-2.4) 11/21: 211.4 lbs (-3.2) Hopefully I can keep this up, but with Thanksgiving around the corner it will be tough. Here is to sending everyone positive thinking and motivation to stay strong over the holidays.
  • Well I am down 2.4 lbs this week. Not too bad for the first week. 11/07: 217 lbs 11/14: 214.6 lbs (-2.4 lbs) Hopefully I can keep this momentum going. Even with people bringing donuts into work. Keep the will power strong.
  • As an Air Force vet this is highly laughable. I have never eaten as much food as I ate when I was in basic training. This is absolutely ridiculous.
  • I don't weigh in until Thursdays, so I will put my information in then. I hope everyone had a great weekend.
  • Hi all.. My name is ShaRon, and I am 30 years old. I am a USAF vet. I did 6 years , and I have been out for about the same amount of time. Since I have been out the weight has just piled on. I would love to get back down to my basic training weight, which was 155 lbs. Although my doctor thinks that 164lbs would be good for…
  • I weighed in today after not hitting the scale for two weeks. I am down 2.4 lbs. Not bad, for not always eating healthy, and not always keeping with the exercise schedule. Now I know what I need to do to keep that number moving in the right direction. Hope we are all having a great week. SW:217 lbs CW: 214.6 GW: 199 UGW:…
  • Way to go on the weight loss. I weight in tomorrow, and I haven't weighed in for two weeks. Hopefully the numbers are good.
  • There is a group that is going for the same thing. It is called 25 by 25-Holidays Challenge. I find that groups are better because you do not have to spend the day searching for a topic.
  • This is exactly what I need to keep me motivated. I have always done better when I am part of a challenge. Keeping accountable to others seems to help more than be accountable to myself. I joined MFP about 3 years ago, and that first year I did great. I lost about 30 pounds, and I was on a roll. In the last year or so, I…
  • I would love something to keep me motivated. I would like to lose 18 lbs, which would put me at 199 lbs

  • I am feeling pretty confident about tomorrows weigh in , but I guess only time will tell. Good luck everyone!!
  • I definitely need to watch the eating. Also just keep up with my workout plan. Hoping for a better week.
  • I am 5'9 and right now i am at 204 lbs. I would like to get to 164 lbs, this is a number my doctor came up with. At my lowest I was 155 lbs, but that was after basic military training.
  • I was hoping for more, but I will take any lbs dropped. Challenge SW: 205.4 lbs Week 1: 204 lbs A one pound loss works for me.
  • This week has been going good so far with the workouts and eating. My clothes are fitting better, but I guess we will see what the scale says tomorrow. Good Luck everyone!
  • I have Tapout XT Competition Core to do this evening.
  • As an vet of the Air Force, I have to say that I also love the Marines. They definitely have some of the hottest guys out there, and also the craziest.
  • I don't eat clean. I would recommend cooking more. I have found that very helpful, and I cut out frozen meals. It can be done without going completely clean.
  • I love my carbs. That is where i hit trouble, with the carbs.
  • I use skinnytaste.com a lot. I love there crock pot meals, because it gets me through the work week. We try to make meals on the weekend that will last throughout the week.
  • Mine is open, flaws and all.
