I would like to join. I do home workout dvds. Right now I am doing Tapout XT. My starting weight is 205.4 lbs, my goal wight is 164 lbs. In 4 weeks I would like to lose 10 lbs.

How is everyone doing this Monday morning? The weekend was pretty rough for with friends birthdays, and hanging with my mom. I definitely know what your are going through. I was down 40lbs and over the summer I gain 15-20 back. I found that making a workout calendar to put on my wall works for me. Something about crossing off the dates and seeing on paper what I've accomplished work for me.

I don't understand why people people need to exert their heterosexuality. But I am a different case all together. I assume that most people are gay, because most of the people in my life are, and that is the way I like...that brings me joy.

No lose or gain over the long holiday weekend. Start: 205 lbs CW: 206.6 lbs I didn't do good with this challenge, but I will not give up on my goal. Just keep it moving.

Not a good week for for me. I am apparentely up 4lbs. Start: 205lbs W1: 202.2lbs W2: 202.2lbs W3: 206.6lbs Hopefully I can do better for next, if I can keep from going crazy with the holidays.

For most challenges I have seen, you weigh-in once a week. Some people start a group, but that would up to the who started the challenge. I actually just started a group for a new year's 2013 challenge, if anyone wants to do both.

No weigh in for me this week since I have been sick. Feeling better no, so I can get back on track.

Only lost .4lbs, but I've lost an overall 5.5 inches. So I'll be happy for the lost inches. Hope everyone is doing well. Keep smiling!!
