A calorie is a calorie!! I'm coming to the conclusion that know one is arsed what is healthy anymore!! and if i say healthy, calorie, or anything of the sort if front of my bf once more, he's gonna leave!! or ram a pizza down my throat!! :p Just eat within your goals and enjoy!! simples ;)

Not the best tip but just try and remember how bad you feel if you go overboard and how good you feel if you don't!! If you feel like indulging, go for a walk or to the gym if you have a membership and the feeling will pass. I just remind myself how much longer it will take to see results if i was to have a few bad days.…

OK, so you have not eaten all night or hydrated, you don't agree that you need food to set you up for the day? to have the energy to complete your tasks and do your exercises? you think you should advise people to starve all day? and how will they acheive the body they are aiming for without the right nutrition.

Because you have not eaten all night, where are you gonna have the energy to take on the day and do your exercises? Breakfast kick starts your metabolism and stops you from being starving later on in the day and overeating.

I'm in, I gave up alcohol 3 years ago, i don't eat bread or pasta but my major downfall is chocolate!! A year from now i wanna be in the best shape of my life. I want to set myself ready and fitter than ever before i hit 30!!

Nooo this is not healthy! you can make yourself ill doing this, mess up your metabolism and gain it all back when you eat normal. You will lose muscle which is important in weight loss, and possibly develop an eating disorder. I done this years ago and it completely messed me up! you need breakfast, Eat clean and healthy…
