eat normal, don't try and compensate by undereating or you'll just end up overeating again, forget it, though easier said than done. Hit your exercise when you feel comfortable to and don't beat yourself up! its a vicous cycle x

If your looking to reduce bodyfat then stick to 1-2 portions a day just until you reach your target, I hate personal trainers who recomend no fruit! it is not healthy.
