your not sucky!! I cannot run to save my life :) log it under cardio vascular, either use one of the preset exercises description if it fits, or sometimes what I do is type some mumbo jumbo then I ge tt heoption to add a new exercise

I have had 3 friends join I love it too it really works and I love everyone's support and encouragement on the "bad" days so I keep going. You sound like you are doing great congrats!!

HI, you can do it just get in the habit of logging and watching portions. I fyou havd a slip up just get back on the wagon right away because we all have bad days!

I have that problem when I am not doing something like sitting around watching tv! find something for your hands to do that won't allow you to out food in LOL.

I do better working out at home with m beach body DVD's driving to the gym is not at all motivating for me anymore, I used to have a really good trainer years ago that was helpful and she was worth the money 2x a week It depends on finding a good trainer
