exercise really helps my depression, I did not believe the doctor at first, but I am weaning off my anti-depressants and do not feel bad at all as long as I stay active! Now winter is coming the true test for me I am always grumpier with bad weather LOL

I usually eat in the car so a protein bar with a minimum of 20 grams of protein for breakfast. MY new lunch addiction is 2oz boars head low sodium ham, snack size bag of Stacy's pita chips, a serving of hummous and pinanpple for desert, sometimes cottage cheeese. I bought a pair of size 8 pants that I would even pull over my butt a couple moths ago they have been hanging in my rooom staring at me for motivation LOL this weekend I pulled them up and buttoned them and wore them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yay!!!!!!! I just conquered m night time eating as well. I do feel like I sleep better the past few weeks. I cant say I will never screw up again but that was very hard for me!!! keep up the great work!

i eat some if I am having a "hungry day" but some days I don't. I try not to during the week if I know I am going out to dinner on the weekend and stuff. when I do eat all of them back some weeks I dont lose as much
