I could not do ab ripper at first I just modified it until my strength built up I kept my feet down so my lower back was not pulled ect. sometimes whilel they were doing something that did not feel good I would do crunches in a the alotted time. t's hard to get back on track when you lose motivation but think of how happy you were when you hit 298! set a 5 lb goal to make sure you stay under 300!
