Good morning ladies, Down another pound, total of 10 since deciding to get back at it. My co-worker and I are doing a low carb/low calorie 2 week jump start and I am at day 10. My NSV was last night my husband called on his way home from an errand and asked my daughter and I if we wanted some Dairy Queen treats. My daughter of course said yes and I resisted the temptation of a peanut buster parfait and said no thank you! I was really proud of myself and didn't even miss it!

I usually work out after supper so that fuels my work outs. If/when I work out after work I usually make sure I bring an extra piece of fruit to eat in the car on the way to the gym.

I like the daily challenges, although I may not log in with my results everyday I do check what the challenges are and they are always in the back of my mind throughout the day. LOVE THEM... Thanks for all the hard work Kristy!!!
